We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. During very busy periods, this may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

All international orders are sent via the South African Postal Service, using a trackable service.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout, dependent on the size and weight of your order. Delivery time is approximately 10 working days.
Ivy Cabin cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, nor for any additional duties or taxes which may be payable on receipt.
If you would like to cancel your order before it is sent out, please contact us. If your order has already been dispatched then we are unable to cancel your delivery, however you can still return your items for a full refund.
